About This Truck
This 1957 Chevrolet pickup was driven from Yuba City, California, to Ohio in 1981 and placed in barn storage awaiting restoration. More than 40 years later, it remains a genuine barn find, accompanied by its California title. The truck was one of many vehicles collected by its previous owner. Following his passing, his wife is now offering the collection for sale. The current asking price reflects the truck in its long-stored, as-is condition and may increase if we get it running again after more than 40 years in storage.
Photos show a V8 engine, a largely intact cab and body, and visible wear, dust, paint deterioration, and lower-body rust/repair areas. The truck should be evaluated as a restoration project, not a verified running vehicle.
Buyer information: VIN, drivetrain specifications, completeness, and mechanical condition are pending verification. Offered as an uninspected project; no running or driving claims are made. Asking $14,800 — fair offers considered. Sold as is; inspection encouraged.
